I loved the Kölsch Crew brewery tour!!Our tour guide Jana was so friendly, fun, and full of great facts and stories about Köln and its breweries :)I highly recommend the tour if you want to see a few hidden gems of the city and also make some lovely friends on your trip. As a solo traveller it was the perfect experience!

Outstanding in every way, cheerful/fun/knowledgeable guide that talked about more than beer and gave great insight into the history. They also offer to collect 10 euro from beer drinkers to cover the 4 beers so you don’t lose time paying 12 tabs! We all agreed to hit a 5th place and had a blast. Highly recommend!

We did the brewery tour on Saturday. Chris was our guide. We had a very nice evening, with nice stories about Kölsch, Köbes, the breweries, the carnival and many other things. It was really fun and Chris gave us a great tour of the breweries and provided us with all the important information.I can highly recommend both the tour and Chris as a guide.

A fantastic way to spend an evening in Cologne. A wonderful way to not only learn about the history of brewing and the Brauhaus culture but to learn about the history of the city. Our guide, Rebecca, was great, sharing her passion for the city, the beer and certainly the carnival.I would recommend this to anyone, a great way to see some of the old city and make new friends.Also, thank you for the dinner recommendation, the food was fantastic.

After we had already taken a Segway tour through Cologne with Max, we spontaneously added a 2-hour brewery tour with Max. Max is super personable and funny, the afternoon flew by. Everyone was thrilled - we had a really great afternoon with Max in Cologne. Thank you and gladly again :-)

Our work group had a great time on the tour with Jens, who was passionate about Kolsch and the city with loads of great stories and info about each location and the general history of the drink. We went on the tour on our first evening in the city and it not only helped get our bearings but also with the general etiquette around drinking Kolsch - which explained why we were tipsy after lunch! Jens helped bring everyone on the tour together for a fun experience - would definitely recommend whether you are a solo traveler or part of a larger group. Prost!

The english tour was very touristic, with much information that you can find on the internet also and not that much about the breweries and their beers. But then again: it is all Kölsch so a bit 'langweilig'.Just find yourself a Brauhaus to sit down and check the atmosphere and habits for yourself.

The processing in advance was super uncomplicated with the Kölsch crew. Booking online, payment via PayPal, confirmation via email, even appointment reminders: everything is great! The tour with guide Hanna was very entertaining, relaxed and still informative. Hanna asked us again and again and responded directly to our wishes. Overall I can only recommend it.

Was alone in Cologne and joined a tour. This consisted essentially of two groups of people who had booked together. My fear that you would "not fit in" was unfounded, I had talked to everyone at the end of the evening and had a lot of fun. That was also due to guide Christian, who managed the tour with confidence and humor and involved everyone.In the end I had a great evening with lots of information about the city, the beer and the breweries that have it. Would book again anytime.

We booked the Cologne Kölsch (brewery) tour through Get Your Guide and it was a fantastic experience! Our tour guide, Bernie, was a wealth of knowledge about the breweries and the history of Cologne in the places we went. He took us to 4 breweries, all of which were pretty close to each other (~5 minutes of walking to each) with stops along the way to talk about certain historical monuments, people, etc. Each brewery had different tasting Kölsch so you could try different recipes and each also had its own (sometimes VERY 🤣) unique atmosphere and flair. After the tour was over, Bernie walked us to a famous jazz bar, for those that wanted to go, with an incredible live band! Overall a top-notch experience - 100% would recommend! I did this one with a friend but plan on doing it again with my husband and any visitors we might have in the future.

From the moment we met, her warm and inviting demeanor made us feel like we were in for something special — and we were right. Hanna wasn't just a guide; she was an educator, a storyteller, and quickly became a friend. Her passion for Cologne and its breweries was infectious, and her depth of knowledge was simply unparalleled. But what truly stood out was how personable she was, effortlessly connecting with us, ensuring our tour was more than just sightseeing — it was an unforgettable experience.Beyond sharing details about the breweries, she had a wealth of knowledge about Cologne's history that she seamlessly integrated into our tour. We especially appreciated the flexibility to trade one brewery stop for a "walking beer" — a unique way to enjoy the city's sights. It was evident Hanna had a great relationship with the brewery staff, making our stops feel personal and welcoming. Had two friends over from the US and a beer tour was a requested part of the Germany experience - we made the right choice.Susa mixed history and information about cologne with great locations, stories and a interesting conversations. We were in a group tour with a wonderful couple from the UK and all of us sincerely enjoyed ourselves throughout the entire tour. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about cologne in a fun tour … with Kölsch 😉

My friend and I, two middle aged women, joined a mixed group, some in their 20's, some a little older for the brewhouse tour. I think it's safe to say, this is a popular tour which means it attracts a good crowd. Not every brew house can accommodate a large'ish group (some can) but they make the best of it for us. We get served promptly outside, it's a very efficient setup and the guides are known or recognised in every brewhouse they stop at, it's great fun. You pay a couple of euro's for each drink you have (all Kolsch, tasting different in different bars).This is the thing though. The guides. If you are lucky enough to get Felix, he is smashing! He is so knowledgeable and interesting. He appears interested in his subject matter, even though he must roll those lines out a couple of evenings a week. He is resourceful, diplomatic, helpful, considerate (has an eye on everyone, including drunken would be intruders) and very funny (dry humour)! The guide brought us together as a group, with his tales and 'funnies'. It turned out to be the most fun thing we did while in Cologne. I highly recommend this tour, thanks Felix. And actually, I highly recommend Cologne. I loved it...Have fun!

We had an absolutely delightful experience with Michael, our traveling buddies, and our new tour friends. Michael shared historical information as well as significant, relevant details about Cologne's culture. He was knowledgeable and fun in his presentation. We visited 4 fabulous sites and enjoyed plenty of kölsch. The laughter and love was obviously contagious as Russ, another guide, joined our group after the official tour was complete. Undeniably memorable.

What a wonderful way to spend an evening in Cologne! Michael took us on an outstanding tour of four venues to enjoy four different Kölsch. In addition to his top notch knowledge of the history of Cologne, and a few fun facts here and there, he shows you the ropes of ordering, drinking, and toasting in this special city. It was just two of us on the tour, so Michael was able to take a little more time at each venue than if it were a large group. This tour is well worth the price and Michael is a top notch tour guide! An absolute must for anyone visiting Cologne. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
